Has the hook block clearance checked? 吊钩移动的路径空间经过了检查？ 21． Has the load movement route been cleared and free of obstruction？ 吊物移动的空间经过检查且没有障碍物 20. Have all person near the lifting area been warned and removed？ 是否警示并清除吊装作业区域和吊机吊物周围的人员？ 21.
