2023校园师生矛盾纠纷排查化解工作机制方案(详细版)目录2023校园师生矛盾纠纷排查化解工作机制方案······································································1一、基本原则······························································································································1三、总体目标······························································································································1三、组织领导······························································································································2四、排查工作······························································································································2五、具体工作措施······················································································································2师生矛盾纠纷排查化解情况汇总表···························································································3为了使校内可能出现的师生矛盾纠纷得到“及时发现、有效控制,妥善化解”,进一步加强我校的精神文明建设,加强对教职工的职业道德教育和法制教育,构建和谐的师生关系,营造良好的学习工作氛围,积极打造“平安校园”、“和谐校园”,确保教育教学各项工作的顺利开展,为学校的可持续发展提供有力保障,特制定《校园师生矛盾纠纷排查制度》一、基本原则(一)属地管理:各部门负责人是本单位的责任人,负责领导、组织、实施本单位内部的矛盾纠纷排查、化解工作。(二)各负其责:各部门按照“谁主管、谁负责”和归口处置的原则,对口排查调处本单位主管领域的矛盾纠纷;校内各单位按照“属地管理”的原则,负责排查调处本单位内部的矛盾纠纷。(三)积极防范:贯彻标本兼治、预防为主和立足于“抓早、抓小”的工作方针。(四)调处化解:严格依照法律、法规、规章办事,坚持调化结合,解决问题。(五)综合治理:充分运用法律、政策、经济、行政、教育等手段和综合措施,充分发挥人民调解、司法调解、行政调解和社会组织调解的积极作用,维护当事人的合法权益。二、总体目标建立健全学校党、政统一领导,学校安全工作领导小组具体组织协调,各职能部门充分履行职责,全校师生员工共同参与的长效工作机制;不断完善、创新适应新时代社会矛盾新情况新特点的工作体制和手段方式;构建覆盖全学校的矛盾纠纷排查、化解工作网络,确保大多数矛盾纠纷化解在萌芽状态,有效防止各类校园矛盾纠纷演变为群体性事件或刑事犯罪案件,维护学校的和谐稳定。三、组织领导成立师生内部矛盾纠纷排查领导小组:组长:XXX副组长:XXXX成员:XXX全校师生四、排查工作排查调处矛盾纠纷要遵守预防为主、发现调处为次的原则,以说服教育为主要方法,以团结、安全、稳定为出发点。排查范围包括各处室管辖范围内机构人员、各年级组管辖范围内教师、各班级学生之间等各种可能影响学校稳定的矛盾纠纷,重点是利益关系...
